Question: Bitcoin is considered property not currency, correct?

Depends on the country, but generally yes. The end game being it recognised as electronic cash, worldwide.

ty. In general what’s the understanding with Bitcoin being passed on too or kept in a family? How could a single Bitcoin be kept for future generations?

Multi signature (two out of three, for example). There are also some services that do this for you, casa.io would be a good choice. Failing that you could just leave your private key in a safety deposit box on a metal plate or disc, with the key given to your trustee or solicitor / lawyer.

To quote Michael Saylor ‘there is no second best’. Everything, even other cryptos all go to zero when valued in Bitcoin. DCA’ing into BTC is the best bet.

several years ago a coworker who others viewed as odd recommended what u just said. Stop putting money in all the others and concentrate on investing in BC. I thank him everyday i see him
